When it still felt small, Streetsville was a great place to buy a house. If your looking for anything new I am sure it would be at least 350k for a small townhouse. If you want a newer single detached home they will go for 400k to 1.6 million. You could always get a fixer up but it looks like people are opting for a completely new house. Could Steeetsville real-estate become a gold mine in the next 10 years? It might be a good time to buy if you can get in, houses are selling fast... still. With the Bread and Honey, Vic Jonson Park, Streetsville Santa Claus Parade, Streetsville Go, and all the great bars and restaurants Streesville is the best spot to live in Mississauga.
